Summary
This agreement, let under the Procurement Act 2023, gives all public sector organisations access to cyber security services.
Description
RM3764.4 will give all public sector organisations a way to buy cyber security services. It will replace the existing RM3764.3 Cyber Security Services 3 DPS.
It will likely include services such as:
- NCSC assured services
- consultancy and advice
- penetration testing
- incident response
- managed security services
We are conducting pre-market engagement to define the agreement’s scope and requirements. This includes:
- competition tendering procedure: open or flexible
- contract type: open or closed framework
- exact scope of services

On 22 July, 10:00-11:00 am, GCA and techUK will be hosting a virtual webinar on Cyber Security Services 3 to gather feedback for the design of Cyber Security 4. It is suitable for existing Cyber Security Services 3 DPS suppliers and any supplier who has been involved in contracts awarded through the DPS. Please register to join the session.
