Summary

This framework, let under the Procurement Act 2023, will support central government and the wider public sector in buying software. This includes Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions deployed in the cloud, on premise or hybrid.

Description

This agreement helps public sector organisations buy software more easily. It brings together our current software buying routes into one flexible framework.

The agreement will help organisations find innovative software solutions and support strategic procurement initiatives like centralised buying. This aligns with government priorities for more efficient and effective public spending.

Benefits

  • access to aggregation (collective buying), so you can save money when buying software access to the latest software technology and innovation, including artificial intelligence (AI)

Customer engagement

Virtual customer engagement workshops were held in March 2026 to gather feedback from potential customers.

Supplier engagement

Engagement and feedback sessions were held in July 2025, August 2025, November 2025 and March 2026. Recordings are available below:
