To support public sector teams, Government Commercial Agency (GCA) is launching Navigating Your PPP/PFIs – a series of bite-sized knowledge drop sessions. Tailored specifically for procuring and contracting authorities, these sessions will deliver actionable insights, policy updates, and commercial guidance to support buyers to confidently navigate the unique challenges of the PPP/PFI lifecycle.

The session in September is an introduction to a new series of PFI/PPP knowledge drops, led by GCA and its framework suppliers, that will cover a range of technical themes. This first event will both introduce the series and provide the first ‘knowledge drop’, centred on developing robust Statement of Requirements for legal, advisory and technical needs.
